Chad grew up in Chicago but moved to Palm Springs in 2013, marking just over a decade as a proud desert dweller. His degree in Fashion Design and certification to teach English as a foreign language alludes to his meticulous attention to detail, adept communication skills, and reassuring patience. He recognizes the complexities of buying and selling property and uses his skills to keep the process as simple as possible for his clients while explaining every detail.
